Personal & Business Information

Personal Settings How to setup the Settings Page
  • Import from phone contacts or manually enter your personal details including name, company name, and contact information
  • Add your business address for professional invoicing
  • Configure your VAT number and tax settings
    Vat will only be calculated and used if your VAT code has been entered
  • Set up your default currency
  • Set up your default language and the file export language invoices PDFs accounting PDF/Excel (.cvs) exports

Banking & Payment Settings

Banking Settings
  • Enter your bank account details for invoice payment information
  • Configure IBAN and BIC for international transfers
  • Thai Flag For Thailand setup your PromptPay ID (Merchant ID) for Thai payment system. This is either your Thai mobile number or Thai national ID number depending what you have registered for this Thai bank account
  • Define default payment terms for invoices

Accounting Transaction Categories

Transaction Categories
  • Create and manage income categories
  • Set up expense categories for better financial tracking
  • Activate or deactivate categories as needed
  • If you start your accounting year with a previous balance add it here. Optionally after New Year export all your accounting transaction and delete all entries to start a new fiscal year with transaction number 1

Creating Packages

Package Creation
  • Set package name and detailed description
  • Define price and optional hourly rate
  • Assign package to a specific type
  • Preview how package will appear on invoices
  • Packages are used to generate client invoices and hourly packages and usage can be logged for each client with the client edit view. When you have a package with multiple hours and you log and hour it will deduct this hour and display how many hours are left

  • PDF Invoices can be generted in a different language than the main app language. This is set in the Export Language in the Settings
  • EU: EPC QR Code for SEPA payments
  • Switzerland: Swiss QR Code for domestic payments
  • Thailand: PromptPay QR Code for local transfers
