By downloading, installing, or using Freelancer Admin ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to use the app.

Freelancer Admin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Apple ID and iCloud account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of any data you enter into the app
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The app stores data:

• Locally on your device
• In your personal iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled)
• You maintain full control and responsibility for all data entered into the app

5. iCloud Services

The app offers iCloud synchronization features that:

• Require an active iCloud account
• Are subject to Apple's iCloud Terms of Service
• May result in data charges from your service provider

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including but not limited to its source code, graphics, designs, and user interface, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the app in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The app will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
• The results from using the app will be accurate or reliable

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
